Recipes to make Adaptogens a FUN, COLORFUL THINGY!

Cosmic Ashwagandha Golden Milk

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp ashwagandha powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1/4 tsp ginger powder

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Pinch of black pepper

1/4 tsp blue spirulina powder

Edible glitter (optional)

 

Instructions:

Heat the almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the turmeric, ashwagandha, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and blue spirulina powder.

Stir well until all the spices are fully dissolved.

Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.

Pour into a mug and sprinkle with edible glitter for a cosmic touch.

Enjoy warm.

 

Cosmic Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, etc.)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tsp ashwagandha powder

1 tsp maca powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp almond butter

1/4 tsp pink pitaya powder (dragon fruit powder)

1/4 tsp blue spirulina powder

Toppings: granola, fresh fruit, coconut flakes, edible flowers, and colored sprinkles

 

Instructions:

Blend the frozen banana, mixed berries, almond milk, ashwagandha powder, maca powder, chia seeds, almond butter, pink pitaya powder, and blue spirulina powder until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Add your favorite colorful toppings such as granola, fresh fruit, coconut flakes, edible flowers, and colored sprinkles.

Enjoy immediately.

 

Rainbow Ashwagandha Energy Balls

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 tsp ashwagandha powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 tsp pink pitaya powder

1/4 tsp blue spirulina powder

1/4 tsp orange turmeric powder

 

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, flax seeds, ashwagandha powder, and vanilla extract.

Divide the mixture into three separate bowls.

Mix pink pitaya powder into one bowl, blue spirulina powder into the second, and orange turmeric powder into the third.

Stir in the dark chocolate chips if using.

Roll the mixtures into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

 

Cosmic Adaptogen Latte

Ingredients:

1 cup hot water

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tsp ashwagandha powder

1 tsp reishi mushroom powder

1 tsp maca powder

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/4 tsp pink pitaya powder

1/4 tsp blue spirulina powder

Pinch of cinnamon

Edible glitter (optional)

 

Instructions:

Boil water and pour it into a blender.

Add the almond milk, ashwagandha powder, reishi mushroom powder, maca powder, honey or maple syrup, pink pitaya powder, blue spirulina powder, and a pinch of cinnamon.

Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until frothy.

Pour into a mug and sprinkle with edible glitter for a cosmic touch.

Enjoy warm.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tsp ashwagandha powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1/4 tsp blue spirulina powder
