Tranquini has arrived to wonderful, green Ireland!
Tranquini has introduced a new way to relax in Ireland in cooperation with Jaymark, our country distribution partner. Major retail accounts were very excited about Tranquini, supporting the development of new age beverages as the healthy alternative to soft drinks. The range of Tranquini flavours is already available in Supervalu, Centra, Spar, Eurospar, Mace, Yes Key Stores, Londis, Musgraves Cash and Carry and Elliotts Cash and Carry.
The country launch was accompanied by numerous activities. As part of Heritage week, Tranquini was present during morning yoga sessions in Dublin City Hall on the 22nd – 26th August. Aideen O’Connor, yoga instructor from Markeivicz Sports and Leisure, encouraged participants to practice active relaxation and to reach a state of “body and mind balance”. Tranquini Chill girls presented the products, explaining the benefits and role of Tranquini in active relaxation to achieve a positive state of mind. In one of the Yoga hubs a Yoga teacher reacted to the Tranquini offer: “Sounds like just what we need”.
To celebrate World Relaxation Day and offer people a positive moment of relaxation out of their busy schedule, we set up a Tranquini Relaxation Station in the middle of Dublin City Centre. We offered Tranquini for people to taste in the wonderfully relaxing area of South King Street, adjacent to Stephens Green Park, which attracted many people. This Tranquini Relaxation Station allowed people to participate in some unwinding activities like playing mini golf, or yoga exercises while listening to music. It was a great atmosphere activating people to take the time to relax and feel how important it is in a daily routine. Consumers were intrigued by the drink as they had never seen it before and they were keen to try the product. They appreciated the unique experience of Tranquini Positively Relaxed and more than 3000 people said that they enjoyed our product.
Tranquni also shared its positive relaxation with people at work and with shoppers to enable them stay calm despite their daily stresses in the office or handling family duties. Tranquini brought its healthy lifestyle offering during an in-store Musgraves Robin Hood Olympics Event on 4th of August, where we promoted health products for the Olympics.
From the start, the reaction to Tranquini was very positive. One young couple said ‘This is exactly what we need, especially just after work when we have had a very stressful day…we’ll take two of each please!’
